No problem with the printer, really. Just that they are backed up. I've paid, just waiting for the sheets to arrive. Really sorry for the delay.
At the moment they have not charged me a set-up fee or shipping. If that holds you'll all be getting a small refund to reflect that.

I'll do a second round once we get these and see if we actually like them.
